Patriots jinx themselves with 19-0 trademark application
In light of the Superbowl result last night, it is now reasonable to believe that if the football gods exist, they believe in karma.

I'm trying to find out how trademarking works? I would like to file a trademark application with the USPTO. Anyone have any pointers?
If you want to protect your business name from being used by someone else then you should register it as a trademark. The owner of a trademark can apply for it's by a trademark search company.
